What counts as a prompt?
One buyer question we sample per engine, per week, 3 times. 25 prompts × 5 engines × 3 samples = 375 answers a month on Solo.
Do AI answers cost extra?
No per-answer or per-credit fees. The paid data (engine answers, SERP checks) is metered internally against a per-site budget, and you see the spend in the app.
Can I add engines like Claude or Copilot?
Yes — Claude and Copilot are toggles on every paid plan at no extra price.
What if I go over the site budget?
Runs pause and the app tells you. Nothing charges silently.
Is there a trial?
The free check and tools need no account. Product trials start with the waitlist — 14 days, no card.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Seats are unlimited on every plan; agencies include client logins.
What's metered, exactly?
Third-party data we buy per call (engine answers, SERP checks, keyword volumes). Writing, audits and rewrites are unlimited.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans, cancel anytime. No lifetime deals — data costs never stop, so we don't pretend they do.
Where is my data?
Site snapshots and answers live in Cloudflare storage tied to your workspace, deleted with the site. We never publish or resell them.
